Kenny Hurley is the Managing Principal and Founder of Clear Accounting, with a background across investment banking, private equity, and CFO leadership for sponsor-backed companies. He has led work across M&A, capital markets, and operational finance, including forecasting, liquidity management, lender negotiations, capital raising, and financial reporting in complex, high-stakes environments.
Through these experiences, Kenny saw firsthand that the financial discipline and strategic clarity used by institutional investors are rarely accessible to founder-led businesses. Clear Accounting was built to change that by combining CFO-level strategy, private equity rigor, and CPA expertise to help founders scale with confidence, access capital effectively, and build more valuable businesses.
